Theme - Exploring PURPOSE in the For-Purpose Sector

How much time as a board do you focus on the purpose of the organisation? Do you have a clear theory of change that you work towards as an organisation?

We are diving in deep on Purpose at the next Unconvention.

We will review questions such as... How often do you review and refine your organisation’s purpose? Is it broad or narrow in its scope? How do you ensure the organisation does not suffer from mission creep?

This Unconvention explores how the clarity of your organisation’s purpose can drive your organisation forward.

Leaders sharing their experiences include:

Rebecca Tomkinson

Rebecca Tomkinson is the Chief Executive Officer of the Royal Flying Doctor Service of WA, appointed to this role in January 2018.
